Servicer focus on mortgage delinquencies severely impacts current borrowers

Despite the percentage of loans in delinquency dropping to less than 5% of all loans in June, mortgage servicers are still paying an inordinate amount of attention to delinquent borrowers, severely impacting the servicers’ overall customer experience, a new report shows.
